“I went to the Cara Lodge restaurant for lunch 2 days ago by the prompting of some friends. Happily I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered from the lunch menu to include fish bites for my appetizer, Crispy Fish with rice and mixed vegetables for my entree, completed with a tall glass of cold fresh coconut water. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, keeping me cool and comfortable with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mossie screens. I especially enjoyed the historical description in the room. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Georgetown's center. The dining experience was delightful, although there was an additional charge. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities.
