“I went to the Cara Lodge restaurant for lunch 2 days ago by the prompting of some friends. Happily I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered from the lunch menu to include fish bites for my appetizer, Crispy Fish with rice and mixed vegetables for my entree, completed with a tall glass of cold fresh coconut water.
